Spelling really is a sport…

Check out this funny clip from this years winner of some National Spelling Bee on ESPN.

I would have immediately started spelling what I (along with everyone else) heard. Is it my imagination or did the orator say it wrong the first time?

Definitions:

Numnah (n): A pad that goes under the saddle to keep the saddle clean and to cushion the horse’s or pony’s back.

Numbnut (n): A dumbass. A person of questionable intelligence.
